After my first experience with Blue Ridge Automotive in checking out my car, doing an oil change and overall systems check I can say I was very impressed with their service! From my conversations and interactions with Gavin and Kristen, helping me get scheduled even after I had messed up my own scheduling they were very accommodating and helpful, got me in and finished the job in the time frame that they promised even though they were a man short due to a holiday weekend. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Automotive for your Auto Care needs! They will not disappoint you 👍😀. Kristen and Gavin have great customer service skills and our very willing to help you with whatever questions you may have. I really appreciated their time and patience with me.

Just picked my vehicle up and this was one of if not the best auto shop experiences I have ever had. Kristen at the front desk is AMAZING and The service was completed in a very timely manner and they even took care of a few things I had no awareness of and made sure it was covered under warranty. The front desk is amazing and always follows up with updates. Kristen kept me updated, i didn’t go a day where I was not aware of what was going on. As soon as the car was finished she called me and sent me a text and she gave great insight on my next steps after leaving the shop, to keep my car in tip top shape.

This was my first time visiting Blue Ridge Automotive, and it definitely won't be my last. Gavin and Kristen made the entire experience easy and welcoming from start to finish. I came in for a new set of tires and an oil change, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. The service was completed on time, the pricing was fair, and everyone was professional and friendly.

Great experience! Kristin and Gavin were super friendly and helpful. Have an Acura RDX that needed all the stuff at a 115,000 miles. Pricing was upfront and nothing was suggested that I wasn’t anticipating. It was a chunk of money but the pricing seemed competitive and my car is driving like a champ now. 10/10 will be a returning customer.

I had a really great experience with Blue Ridge Automotive. I initially came in because my battery light turned on. I tried to fix it myself first by replacing the battery, but my car ended up stalling on the way home, so I brought it in. Gavin and Kristen at the front desk were both incredibly kind and helpful. During my first visit, they tightened my battery connectors, which we thought had solved the issue. They also mentioned it could be the alternator, but since the battery light turned off, they didn’t push unnecessary repairs. They had actually ordered an alternator just in case, and were willing to hold it for a couple of weeks to see if the issue came back—which I really appreciated. About three weeks later, the battery light came back on, and they quickly reordered the alternator and had everything fixed the same day. The whole process felt honest, thoughtful, and not rushed. My car has been running great since, and I haven’t had any issues. They also offer a key dropbox for after-hours pickup, which is super convenient. Overall, excellent service, kind and trustworthy staff, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
